Between you and Christian Eimannsberger ( CONTACT)

"eimie's Storehouse Builder" ("program", "service") is intellectual property of Christian Eimannsberger ("eimie"). eimie reserves the right to modify or stop this service at any time without prior notice and grants no warranty and no liability except for cases where it is legally required.

The puzzles generated with this program will never be stored serverside at eimie.de and eimie will not claim any copyrights to them. It is up to you if you claim copyright to your creations by yourself. If you share a puzzle via this program, you agree that others will play it and probably modify or share it by themselves via this program.

You agree, that you take full legal responsibility for the puzzles you share with other people.

So, when you share a puzzle, you will ensure that:
1) you will not violate copyrights of others
2) you share only content appropriate to the audience you present the puzzle

Notice that eimie reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.
